The Air Systems technician who was at my home to tune up my furnace for the winter discovered that my water heater was leaking. So there are points right there for finding something that was not even part of the work order. My time in the state was limited, but Air Systems re-arranged their work schedule to accommodate a new hot water installation the next day.
